There are endless opportunities for your creativity to take over. All creatives and friends are welcome to use this space as a "blank slate" in which to create the event or workspace of their dreams!

Blank slate is a rentable studio with over 700 open square feet of bright light, minimal decor, and white space. It's the perfect place for your vision, whether you're working on a project for your business or hosting a small event. This place is my happy space and I want to make sure that it is yours, too.
The Space

I love event rentals at Blank Slate. From Baby Showers, Bridal Showers and Birthday Parties to getting ready on the day of your wedding! I have everything you need. This space holds 40 seated perfectly but can accommodate more with non-seated options.

For photographers, creatives and business owners that would like to use Blank Slate studio on a consistent basis, I would like to offer a monthly rate for "Insiders." Insider members will be able to pay a flat rate for unlimited use of the calendar.
*Contracted Insiders go through an interview process to ensure the right fit for all renters and to ensure that all Insiders are able to schedule the time they need.

Blank Slate Studio is available for 2-hour, half-day or full-day rentals, as well as monthly Insider subscription rates. Rental comes with use of current studio props (chairs, plants, table, mirror, clothing rack, etc). Seamless backdrops, newborn props, studio lighting and various equipment will not be provided. Weekend rentals are limited to 5 hour and All day rentals to keep space for parties and photography sessions..

Thanks to my love of fun props I have collected a nice amount for the studio so that photographers do not have to drag their own stuff around. This includes real plants, vases, books and more. If you would like to bring your own props they are certainly welcomed.
Can I bring in my own props
Blank Slate hosts small events and typically those types of events like Baby Showers, Bridal Showers (mini sessions too) and Getting Ready Parties fall on weekends. I have the minimum rental set at 5 hours to accommodate for those rentals. If there are no weekend rentals I can make an exception. Just send me an email and I can put it on the calendar.
Why Can't I book 2 Hour on a Weekend
Due to the terms of my rental agreement, pets are not allowed in the studio. Thank you for understanding.
Can I have pets at the Shoot
Changes can be made to the reservation with no additional charge at any time 48 hours before the reservation is set to begin by clicking on your confirmation email and selecting from the black tab edit/cancel your reservation. Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit for the amount of hours booked (if your booking was 1, 2, or 3 hours) or the dollar amount spent. Cancellations and rescheduling requests received within 48 hours of the start time of your reservation are not permitted.
Refund Policy
Click on the BOOK NOW button at the top of the page. It will take you to the scheduling page where you can click on the date that you would like reserved and book if it is available.
